POSITION SUMMARY

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Contract Administrator is responsible for coordinating contract administration & related activities in support of projects from beginning through completion. Responsible for processing all home options orders to ensure they are scheduled and installed to meet or exceed the customers? satisfaction. Receives bids, costs and vendor information and enters information into spreadsheets; prepares contracts and addendums including scope of work, general conditions, and master contract; collects missing base and option pricing from subcontractors; reviews option cost structures and enters retail price for options; maintains timely control of contracts, revisions, and other documents; maintains plan budgets for projects; generates billing documentation; distributes construction release information; coordinates work with the design center, sub contractors, and superintendents; creates and releases all change orders; processes field purchase order requests from Project Superintendent.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

Requires Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years related experience. Intermediate level Excel, Word, Outlook, and database management computer skills.  Must work well independently and as a member of a high performance team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, unstructured environment. The successful candidate will be innovative and solutions-oriented and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm.

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Contract Administration, preferably in the construction industry. 

 

This full-time, non-exempt position is based in Fresno, CA and regularly works M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required as business necessitates.  Position offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits including 401(k) with Company Match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic, Life/ADD, LTD, EAP, Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, Fitness Club Membership and more.
