Cost/Construction Rep II

Position will include assisting and maintaining project schedules, subcontract administration and a broader interface with the engineering team. Some of the specific activities include both the identification and reporting of potential cost or scheduling overruns, collecting and analyzing information from the engineering team, as well as coordination of subcontractor work activity progress and invoice approval and that work performance is in accordance with ZCC QA/QC and Safety procedures. Involvement in other duties as may be assigned based on project needs. This position requires strong experience in cost control and quantity tracking.

Experience with Primavera 3 beneficial but not required. Must be willing to travel. Prefer 3-5 years of experience. Two positions available in Arizona and Florida. Must have industrial process and/or power plant experience
