Cost Estimator - CMS

Description:
Mid level estimator to provide cost estimates for construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000. Provide estimating support for projects to include budgetary pricing, design development estimates, construction document phase estimates, change orders, order of magnitude cost budgets, etc. Work closely with senior estimators in the company and specifically with cost estimator in the Ft. Lauderdale program. Be able to travel between all the offices in South Florida and throughout the region.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Minimum 5 years experience in estimating wide variety of construction projects.

Experience with MS Word, Excel and Access.

Drug test and background check required.

PREFERRED: A.S. or B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance or Business.

Experience estimating construction projects from water and wastewater to facilities, civil, military projects.

Certifications as AACE Cost Consultant or Cost Engineer.

Experience with estimating software such as Timberline, US Cost, etc.
