Customer Care Technician

Customer Care Technician

 

This candidate will perform warranty services for our customers with integrity and a high level of excellence. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Visually inspect every service request submitted for serviceRepair defects if applicable and as neededSchedule appointments with homeowners for initial inspectionSchedule appointments with subcontractors/homeowners as neededFollow up on service requests issued to subcontractors to ensure work is being completed in a timely and proper manner to the customer?s satisfaction Complete all paperwork related to service requests and work ordersDemonstrate proper homeowner maintenance techniques to the customer as neededAdvise Customer Relations Management regarding warranty issues

 

Must have own tools and vehicle

Punch-out or re-modeling experience helpful

Customer Service skills a must
