Customer Service Superintendent

We are searching for a Service Manager to help supervise field service technicians and coordinate their work schedules. This is a supervisory/mgmt role and requires someone with a high stamina and someone that can motivate others to work.

Responsibilities include:
-Coordinate warranty repair work and new home trim-outs with customers and service techs
-Ensure customer satisfaction with follow-up calls after completion of the job
-Pull proper permitting and schedule inspections where applicable
-Travel to job site occasionally to deal with escalated customer issues
-Coach and mentor service technicians and act as a go-to person on tough issues/customers
