One of the top 10 National Homebuilders with operations throughout the entire country is in need of a DIRECTOR of SALES & MARKETING to handle the sales process for this LARGE PRODUCITON division in Baltimore MD. This individual will work with the, construction, and land development departments to ensure timely and quality workmanship while managing multiple sales associates in numerous communities. Strong training skills and a proven track record. The qualified individual needs to have been in the Production Homebuilding Industry for at least 5 years, managing at least 300 closings per year with the desire and ability to do more.
