Job description

On behalf of our client we are conducting a search for an experienced and successful construction manager to join their facility in North Carolina.  If you have extensive project management experience with commercial construction projects and also have experience in cost analysis, estimating, and sourcing suppliers apply today!  The successful applicant will travel to customer sites and set up the infrastructure and construction needed by the costumer.  The applicant will also analyze the costs & suppliers and make recommendations to improve profitability and streamline the construction process.

 

Requirements

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following:

 

? A Bachelors Degree in construction or manufacturing is a plus but not required

? 7 + years of experience in commercial construction projects

? Project management experience is required

? Experience in cost analysis and estimating for commercial construction projects

? Experience sourcing suppliers
