Make a difference in a fast pace and exciting work environment!
Director of Development position available at corporate office in Sun Prairie, WI.
Responsibility of handling all aspects of new construction, including market research, site selection, land purchase and other related project duties. Must have the ability to work with realtors in finding suitable land an demographics for construction.
Excellent communication skills with City and State officials, architects, contractors, suppliers and various consultants regarding permits, municipal approval, and licensing.
Requires 2 years experience in multi housing projects, scheduling and budgets. College bachelor degree in construction management, real-estate or related business degree is required.
Our House Senior Living consists of 28 Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities located throughout the state of Wisconsin and Minnesota. this growing company offers an excellent benefits and bonus package.
