Division President

Join the outstanding team of a 50 year old top 30 building company and it will be the last move you will ever make. My client is a national home builder who has a need for a division president to manage a start up territory in Frederick MD. This position reports directly to the regional manager.

 

In this outstanding opportunity you will be responsible for:Recruitment and training of division staffDevelop and maintain annual business planResponsible for operational reports, budgets and P&LManage production schedule and standardsIdentify and assist in land acquisitionManage sales and sales managersMarket analysis reports 

 

To be seriously considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:Must have 10 years home building experienceHave experience in land, sales, and productionHave had previous P&L experienceAbility to recruit, manage and train staffKnowledge of Local market Have experience in high volume management
