ESTIMATOR - Demolition

Nuprecon, Inc. is the 8th largest demolition and abatement contractor in the US, performing a wide range of interesting and challenging pre-construction projects.  Specialties include:  total building removal, interior strip and gut, concrete sawcutting, core drilling, hazardous materials abatement, and removal and recycling of construction and demolition waste.  Local recent projects include Waikiki Beachwalk and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center.



We are seeking qualified candidates to fill a key Estimator role in our Honolulu office.  This position is responsible for generating income for the company by successfully estimating projects that meet or exceed Nuprecon's sales and profit goals.



Ideal candidates will have a 4-yr degree in Construction Management or equivalent, and at least 3 yrs of estimating experience, including performing quantity takeoffs, negotiating, budgeting and client relations in commercial construction and/or demolition.  Knowledge of the demolition industry a huge plus. Must be proficient with MS Office applications, have exceptional communication skills, demonstrate personal responsibility, and be flexible and creative.  Experience using Timberline software also a plus.
