Integrity, Inc. is the leading provider of specialized recruiting for the homebuilding and land development industries.  We are currently seeking an Estimator / Trainee for a national homebuilding company.

 

The Estimator / Trainee?s position major objectives are estimating, interacting effectively with people in a variety of situations, and customer satisfaction.  Some of the most frequent and most essential work activities are to perform quantity and cost estimation within the division, develop accurate Proforma, committed and actual estimates for home construction, and maintain all applicable databases used for developing cost, quantity and unit price estimates.  Responsibilities also include cost control, quantity take-offs, change orders, plan review, job costing and bidding. Qualifications include residential estimating exp., excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, JDE experience a plus, detailed, self-motivated and ability to meet deadlines. Our client offers an excellent salary and benefits package to include 401(k) and Profit Sharing.
