Duties:

 Review project proposal plans to determine a comprehensive understanding of the project needs and expectations.Ensure the appropriate timeline and scheduling needs of the project.  Plan, organize, track coordinate and direct appropriate field personnel based on appropriate timeline for specific project needs and ensure project remains on schedule.Maintain project with internal operating system.  Review and update weekly to ensure projects are properly updated to meet the established profit goals, contractual terms and accuracy.Estimate, price and track change orders within the internal operating system.  Maintain specified profit levels within company expectations of change orders, and help ensure their proper documentation.Review, submit, file and maintain all appropriate and applicable folders for project documentation from inception to completion:  Job folders, permits, letter of intent, subcontracts, purchase orders, insurance certificates, submittals, drawing, notes, change orders and requisitions.
