Electrical Foreman/Superintendent at mid size contractor with 2K sign on bonus!

-My client is located in Boynton Beach which is between Boca Raton and Palm Springs on the southeast coast of Florida

-The majority of their projects include airports, schools, hospitals, parks, and MORE!!

-DRUG FREE ENVIRONMENT; and positions at the airport will require a federal background check; all other positions will require a normal background check

-They are around a $25 million company and have years of backlog due to explosive growth and long standing relationships with large customers

-One of the only companies where the HR manager goes into the field on a regular basis and personally helps employees with current supplies that they need and benefit information

-Company environment is extremely team oriented and fast paced; nobody ever works on Sundays and rarely on Saturdays; there is never any bad news or meetings on Fridays
-Will meet with candidates before and after hours for interviews

Position:

Will be working on one large project at a time.  Will be in charge of supplies, staffing, weekly time sheets, managing the crew, and responsible from the project from start to end.  Requires at least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman/Superintendent on large commercial projects over $2 million.  Normal working hours of Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.  Overtime only expected towards the last 30 days of a project.  Truck or car allowance with gas card.
