Electrical Site Superintendent
Seattle-based electrical contractor is accepting applications for an experienced site superintendent to lead challenging commercial and industrial construction projects.
Job Description:Develop and execute an efficient construction plan. Plan and direct the work of the construction crew to achieve budgetary goals. Understand the plans, specification, and scope of work, and request information and clarifications as required.Communicate with the procjet manager and customer as to work requested that is outside the scope, job progress, and any other pertinent information.Ensure construction work is completed in a safe and professional manner. Teach apprentices and journey level employees and provide performance feedback as appropriate on a regular basis.Work to complete each project on time and within the project budget. Ensure project is installed per code, per plans, per specifications, and meets customer requirements.
Job requirements:Track record of leading successful projects over $1.0 MM Washington EL01 license Apprenticeship completion certification highly desired Must be dynamic, high-energy, and driven to achieve budgetary goals Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Excellent references
