Elevator Dispatcher

Dispatcher for mid-size New York City based elevator company.  Heavy volume of calls.  Interact with both customer base and field employees.  Responsible for:

- Taking and prioritizing service calls

- dispatching mechanics to calls

- coordinating field employees workload

- inputting call information into dispatching system

- entering purchase orders based on mechanics request of material

- record field employees payroll information, hours & expenses

 

Requirements:

- Dispatching experience

- Good verbal skills

- Good keyboard skills

- Flexible hours, including nights and weekends
