Engineer

Our client company is seeking an Owner's Representative/Project Manager to be in charge of capital projects at a high profile facility.  This candidate will independently manage and oversee major capital projects involving the planning, design and construction of company buildings, structures and other facilities.  They will be the primary contact for major high profile projects, supervise contractor evaluation and selection process, set up logistics systems, RPQ's, bid selection process, material management and invoice approval.  Intergrate construction team into planning and review. Frequent review  of process vs. scheduling vs cost with appropriate teams.  Experience managing medium to large size projects in the pharmaceutical/Biotech/Health Care or related industry is desirable.

Complete understanding and wide application of project management skills and concepts.  General knowledge of other related engineering disciplines.  Interacts with senior management for project reviews.
