Job Description

 

 Engineering Technical Support Lead for Construction Projects

 

Responsible for providing technical support to existing customers and staff including but not limited to seismic bracing solution development, client relationship building, group presentations, project management, document control and customer service. Work primarily with MEP contractors with secondary emphasis on Architects and Engineers relating to specifications and building code issues.

 

Responsibilities

 

?  Southern California: Orange County office

?  Assist Resident Engineers to Provide Engineered Submittal Documents

?  Engineering and Technical Support for Engineering Firms and Contractors

?  Interface Daily with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Contractors.

?  Jobsite Application Assistance

?  Estimates and Material Take offs

?  Covering MEP Contractors, Architects, Engineers and Code Officials

 

 

 

Requirements

 

?  Prior Commercial or Construction Experience Plus

?  Experience Reading Construction Plans.

?  Excellent Organizational Skills

?  Mechanical or Electrical Experience a Plus

?  Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills

?  Experience with Seismic Bracing is NOT Required. All Training will be Provided.
