An immediate opening exists for a skilled Project Manager/Estimator experienced in the Commercial, Highway and General Contracting industry. We are one of the leading Drilled Shaft Contractors in the Southeast. Our projects and offices are located in the Southeastern United States and the corporate headquarters is located in Nashville, Tennessee. We have earned a reputation for quality and integrity over more than 30 years in this industry.
The candidate for this position must be an excellent communicator, with 4 to 5 years proven experience, be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and cost control. Must be computer literate; understand scheduling, budgeting, contracts, submittals and the change order process. The ability to read and interpret geotechnical reports is helpful. Must be proficient at reading blueprints and have previous experience putting together bid proposals. Very limited travel required.
