Estimator and Project Manager for Residential Remodeling

Job Purpose:

 

Preparing remodeling estimates for customers and monitoring the project to completion.

 

Duties:

 Prepares remodeling construction estimates by visiting customer?s home, accumulating relevant information and preparing detailed remodeling estimate for customer.Monitors construction projects by confirming instructions for carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, painting, and related trades; conducting inspections; issuing change orders; approving work.Manages sub-contractors by developing and evaluating bids; locating and qualifying sub-contractors; obtaining and maintaining sub-contractor documentation; inspecting adherence to drawings, specifications, and schedules.Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
