Help Hatcher Construction Services be a leader in the Construction industry by acting as the Project Manager - Commercial Construction who controls projects; meets operational standards; prepares budget and controls expenses; develops project plans and cost estimates; controls project expense;

Qualifications

Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions.

Strong at analyzing causes of variances between actual and budgeted income and expenses, and recommending actions to perform in accordance with the budget.

Update and distribute submittal logs. Develop the project schedule from the rough draft and update/distribute monthly. Develops detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support organizational objectives. Effectively allocates resources and time across groups or departments.

Strong project management background. Proven track record of delivering on large scale projects. Experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, writing contracts and change orders, and budget.

Writes effectively using various styles to address a wide range of needs and audiences.

Monitors vendor effectiveness in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

Develops best practices. Establishes standards, policies, and workflows.

Successfully resolves issues timely and professionally. Excellent people management skills, includes working with the field staff, subcontractors, material suppliers, and clients.

Field history experience a plus
