Our client is the leading manufacturer and marketer of domestic natural rubber latex for the medical and specialty consumer products market as well as developing specialty chemicals and biofuels.  Established 9 years ago, they are cultivating proprietary, high-yield lines of crops which are extensively grown in the southwestern United States.

 

We are currently seeking a talented Facilities Manager with experience in capital projects budgeted in upwards of $10-$50 million.  This opportunity will include leading and providing process, civil, mechanical, electrical and other needed engineering requirements to design new and expanding existing manufacturing facilities to meet the company?s overall business plan.  The chosen candidate will be in a highly visible position within the company.  Reporting directly to the V.P. of Manufacturing, this person will work indirectly with other executives.  Tremendous growth potential. 

 

The essential requirements for this position are: 7+ years experience as a facilities/project manager in a manufacturing environment managing construction projects; Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering; superior communication and negotiating skills.
