We are currently seeking a Facilities Project Management Business Lead to join our office located in Seattle, WA.

FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGEMENT BUSINESS LEAD - Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and management oversight to the organization
Directly supervise organizational management staff
Act as primary interface on organizational performance and client satisfaction
Establish team goals and measurement devices
Effectively manage and staff the organization to provide superior client service and a profitable business
Own performance for all lines of business: Project management, Warehouse management, Relocation management, Finance and Administration
Review business performance regularly with client
Define long range plans and strategy including work forecasting, project trends, organizational improvement
Solve problems that get escalated from within the business
Drive process definition and related training
Provide monthly reports on business and key performance indicators
Negotiate supplier contracts and manage performance


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related industry field
Minimum of 8-10 years experience managing commercial project teams; tenant improvement project experience preferred
Demonstrated experience defining project processes and programs
Ability to effectively interact and negotiate with clients, suppliers, and staff
Strong teambuilding, motivational, and employee development skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency
