Facilities Corrdinator

We are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator with at least 3 years experience in office administration. This position will be responsible for maintenance contracts, budgets, invoices, and Purchase Orders/ Capital Expenditure Requests reporting to the Director of Facilities and Construction in Union City, CA

Responsibilities:
? Maintain and track the maintenance contracts for all restaurants
? Organize and maintain restaurant Facilities files
? Create Purchase Orders/ Capital Expenditure Requests for equipment and follow-up
? Assist Facility Accountant with invoices by tracking the equipment and installs.
? Maintain communication and follow-up between Vendors, Restaurants Managers, Regional Directors and the Facilities Department
? Maintain on-going training on the equipment in the restaurants
? Typing letters and memos to our restaurants
? Help maintain the asset management program for Real Mex Restaurants, Inc.

Qualifications:
? Minimum 3 years office administration
? Restaurant operations background helpful
? Strong communication skills- verbal and written
? Strong computer skills- Microsoft Office
