Job Description: Challenging career position for a facilities manager in a prestigious condominium association company. You will schedule, supervise and train engineering staff, establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems, and obtain and monitor outside maintenance contracts and enjoy great location, upscale community and great compensation package. Prefer an individual who demonstrates at least 4 years of progressive facilities management experience in a club or related field; or a 2 year college degree and 2 years related management experience, 4 year college degree preferred and hvac, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required.
