Field Construction Manger

Well respected real estate development firm seeks to add an exceptional Field Construction manger to their team in Los Angeles, CA

The Position:

 

They are currently looking to add a Field Construction Manger to their team in Los Angeles, CA.  This Person will report to the Vice President of Construction, and shall be charged with the oversight, coordination, and integration of all on-site construction activities, for assigned projects.  The Field Construction Manager is responsible for the field related construction coordination and direction of contractors, agencies, inspectors, schedules and site logistics from pre-development, through construction completion.  Field Construction Manger will interface and work closely with all other departments within the organization, including but not limited to development, architecture, finance, leasing and property management.

 

Qualifications:

 

Extensive hands-on field supervision experience on large-scale retail projects is a must.  Added experience in supervising residential/retail mixed-use development and redevelopment projects is a plus.  Must be an articulate individual with exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills.  This position requires a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 10 years experience building retail, multi-family residential, and parking structure projects. This individual should have a good personality and be able to be a front line representative of the company.  A solid work history is a must. 

 

Compensation:

 

Our Client is offering and extremely competitive compensation package including a base salary starting at $125,000+, an exceptional bonus program, and a full benefits package as well as an exciting and challenging work environment.
