Job Summary:

Reporting to the Field Manager, inspect vehicles by utilizing AutoVIN handheld computers and proprietary software to provide condition reports. Review vehicle condition reports with clients for final approval and transmit to AutoVIN servers. Perform all duties assigned by the Field Manager. Must know, practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state or federal laws are followed at all times by persons under their jurisdiction. This is not a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

? Work at a fixed site to process vehicles and inspect for existing and previous damage.

? Determine vehicle damage by inspecting vehicles, explain results and review with rental and leasing account representatives.

? Provide condition reports by inputting information into a handheld computer and transmit results.

? Ensure that customer receives a superior service and detailed inspection results utilizing handheld technology.

? Listen attentively and respond effectively to customer complaints.

? Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

? Excellent people skills. Interact effectively and work productively with a wide range of people.

? Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors and peers.

? Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with clients.

? Coordinate communications, meetings and activities among multiple groups or organizations.

Job Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience: Previous automotive experience a plus. Familiarity with the automotive industry, inspection services, automotive remarketing industry and customer service.
