Optima, Inc. is recruiting top-notch construction professionals in the Phoenix area to join an award-winning architectural design and construction team.  If you?re a degreed Finish Super with at least 5 years of experience who can drive the finishing process to meet completion dates, join the Optima team!

Key Responsibilities: (1) manage building construction projects from drywall to final punch-out and walkthrough; (2) manage quality control of trades, including weekly coordination meetings; (3) order and coordinate all finish products ? including doors, frames, hardware, countertops and cabinets; (4) interface with government officials to ensure proper inspections and log Certificates of Occupancy; (5) monitor and complete all buyer changes; (6) enforce on-site safety programs; and (7) work with other on-site supers on teams.

Position requires:

? excellent communication skills,

? 4-year degree in a construction-related program, and

? working knowledge of both MS Office and MS Project.

Experience with mid- to high-rise construction preferred.
