Bonitz Flooring Group is the largest employee-owned commercial floor covering company in America.

We are looking for an experienced sales/sales manager to lead our Richmond office.  This person must have five (5) years proven success in carpet sales with a major manufacture or a commercial flooring dealership.  They must also have demonstrated leadership/people skills.  A bachelor?s degree in sales and marketing, business, or a construction related field is required.

Position Description

? P&L responsibility for the Richmond area flooring profit center

? Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

? Develop and maintain strategic alliances/partnerships with customers and suppliers

? Select and develop talented people

? Develop and implement strategic business plan/market plan

? Maintain Bonitz culture/morale

? Drive business development/sales initiatives

? Share best practices
