Job location: Oakland hills off highway 580.

Experience: minimum 3 yrs. as a rough framer.

Requirements: Must have the following:

1. Provable prior experience as a framer.

2. References to prove this.

3. Basic hand and power tools.

4. Own a car with valid registration.

5. Have valid drivers license.

6. US citizen or valid work visa.

7. Good health and physically fit.

8. Speak either English, Spanish, or Chinese.

Salary: $22-$24/hr, depending upon experience.
