Framing Plat Superintendent

Woodinville Lumber & Affiliated Companies is a leader in the building component manufacturing and construction industry.  We are a stable company with over 35 years in the industry.  We are looking for a seasoned Framing Plat Superintendent to join our team in support of Woodinville Construction Services, our Framing and Siding division. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to build a career, and is interested in becoming a long-term member of our family of companies. 

 

Responsibilities include:Oversight of all phases of the framing production process, including scheduling, materials management, productivity, quality, and safety compliance.  Employee payroll coordination, safety compliance documentation, and completion updates. Supervision, coaching, and employee relations.

 

Successful applicants will have a High School diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of four years of increasingly responsible residential production framing experience including one year in a supervisory role.  Ability to work with all manual and power tools, ability to read and interpret blueprints, good math skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of L&I safety regulations relating to wood construction framing is required.

We currently have job site locations in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Skagit counties, and are in the process of expanding our operation to Southwestern Washington.
