Qualifications

Extensive experience dealing with how ADA requirements affect construction, building codes, and electrical, AC/heating, and safety regulations.

Project management experience in multi-million dollar commercial, institutional, and "big-box" retail construction projects.

Expert at matching tasks to the right people. Assigns challenging work to complement and develop their skills.

Skilled at supervising work for a team of individuals with differing levels of skill to enable them to achieve performance and quality standards.

Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.

Track record of maintaining high-quality standards for the organization and implementing quality initiatives.

Verifiable accuracy in estimating.

Capable of profit and loss responsibility through setting financial goals and managing budgets.

Project management experience, including planning, resource allocation, staffing, budget, and performance.
