Geo Division Manager – Allentown , PA   Structural Preservation Systems, a Structural Group Company, is a technology-oriented, forward thinking, rapidly growing national industry leader in the repair, strengthening, and upgrading of large commercial and industrial facilities.  Our GeoStructural Division accomplishes this through the application of state-of-the-art geotechnical construction techniques. Projects include foundation strengthening of existing structures, slope stabilization, dam foundation grouting and ground improvement applications.

 

We are looking for a hands-on Division Manager to provide leadership and vision to our growing Geotechnical business in Allentown, PA area.  You will actively participate in managing day-to-day operations, including: Business Planning, Business Development, P& L, Contract Management, Risk Management, Human Resources, Collections, Job Cost, Cash Flow Analysis, and Resource Management. 

 

Ten + years of construction management experience demonstrating in-depth knowledge of geotechnical construction, division & job financial management systems, and contract terms & conditions is required. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, and strong analytical skills.
