What You Must Have:
-BS in Civil Engineering and P.E. License
-5 years relevant local experience

-Self motivated, team player, strong leadership skills
-Excellent computer (Quatra Pro, AutoCAD, MS Word) and communication skills
-Experience with environmental testing and monitoring
