Detail Oriented and High Energy Project Manager

We have been contracted by a growth oriented construction firm to immediately hire an entry level Project Manager to join their team.

My Client has established themselves as one of the strongest contractors focusing in a tight geographic area specializing in TI/Renovation and ground-up (Commercial, High-rise, design-build, university, Class A office) projects. Their commitment to their clients and high quality and innovative services has won them repeat clients and high profile projects in the community. QUALIFICATIONS:
1-5 years experience in COMMERCIAL CONSTRCUTION ONLY
Prior project experience in TI/Renovation and ground-up (Commercial, High-rise, design-build, university, Class A offices) is a MUST.
Experience in Division 9 & 10
Project experience 2-15 Million dollars in value
Moldable, trainable and a desire to learn
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
Detail Oriented
HIGH ENERGY
Submittals/Change order, RFI and Scheduling experience is necessary
Degree in Construction Management is preferred
