Requires:
5- 7 years Project Management, Estimating and Bidding Experience in Heavy-Highway Asphalt and Grading.
Excellent Communication and Computer skills.
Associate Degree in Construction Management or related field.

Duties:
Create, Prepare and Perform bids, executing take-offs, submittals, daily Operations scheduling, Vendor/Client negotiations and soliciting subcontractor quotes.
Hands -on Heavy- Highway Estimator/Project Manager responsibilities.
Using and performing Agtek/Bid2Win Comparable software.
Performs duties as assigned by General Superintendent.
