We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated and team-oriented individual for an Account Sales Manager position in the BOSTON, MA aea. 

 

BASIC FUNCTION:

Hilti Account Managers are the cornerstone of Hilti and what makes the organization so unique. We take our commitment to customers very seriously with direct contact to more than 500,000 end user customers worldwide on a daily basis. Selling, servicing, and application consulting to construction and manufacturing project sites on a daily basis, the AM is responsible for achieving profitable sales. Each AM is assigned a geographical territory and is responsible for managing the MCS (Manager of Customer Service) function within that territory.

 

 

MINIMUM ATTRIBUTES:

- Bachelor's Degree required.

- Minimum 2 years of direct, outside commission-based sales required.

- English fluency required.

- Construction industry experience a plus.

- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.

- Basic computer (Microsoft Office, Internet) skills and great planning/organizational skills required.

- Strong desire to succeed and ability to work in an unsupervised environment required.

- No restrictions on driving privileges.

- Relocation usually required for advancement.
