Hotel/Multi-family Construction Superintendent
East Tennessee firm specializing in High-End Hotel and Multi-family projects is seeking experienced Superintendents. Directly responsible for all aspects of job site construction and safety. Ideal candidate is a "self-starter" who can complete projects.
Duties:
- Direct and coordinate all activities and act as company representative at job site.
- Identify and communicate plan discrepancies to the project manager.
- Maintain quality standards in all phases of construction.
- Provide safe work environment.
- Enforce subcontract provisions to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
- Personally complete inspections and walk-thrus.
- Provide project status information to the project manager by collecting and summarizing construction data, daily and weekly reports, and safety logs.
Requirements:
- +5 years commercial construction superintendent experience.
- Solid work history of successful projects.
- Able to read and interpret plans and documents.
- Working knowledge of all sub trades.
- MS Office skills preferred.
Compensation includes salary, health insurance, vacation, lodging and per diem.
