Key responsibilities include:

 Work with outside sales team preparing quotations using proprietary quotation software. Perform equipment take-offs from customers drawings and specifications.Answer phone inquires from a variety of customers for equipment, replacement parts, and the operation and maintenance of the equipment we sell. Follow up customer's orders to assure on time shipping dates are met.

 

Skills/Abilities/Experience required:

 A desire to succeed in a fast paced environment.A desire to learn and continually improve skills Strong written and oral communication skillsA working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsCollege degree or equivalent work experiencePrior working experience in  HVAC construction industry, wholesale distribution, or other related field.Ability to solve problems and work well with othersSelf motivated and self starter with good organizational skills.Ability to pay close attention to detail.
