Journeyman Electrician
Kelly Services has partnered with the *Lower Colorado River Authority to recruit for a temporary Journeyman Electrician.? Only applicants that contact Kelly Services directly will be considered for this position.
Start Date:? Immediate
Assignment Length:? One Year
Hours:? Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay Rate:? $18.95/hour
Location:? Southeast Austin
Job Duties:? Under general supervision, perform journey-level electrical work for internal customers.? Work will include maintenance, inspection, trouble-shooting, inspection, repair, testing, adjustment, installation and removal of electrical distribution and control equipment including motor control systems and interlocks, high voltage switchgear, transformers and protective relays.
Requirements:? Must have four to five years experience as a journeyman electrician, including experience in maintaining electrical control equipment, lighting systems, HVAC electrical systems and other types of electrical equipment.??In addition, a current unrestricted journeyman electrician license and a valid Texas driver's license?with a?good driving record are required.??Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions and to travel and lodge out of town as needed.
