Land Acquisition Manager

In this outstanding opportunity you will be responsible for:

?  Identifies properties for acquiring

?  Find prospects and do research for up coming properties

?  Do initial evaluation and screening of properties

?  Manage rezoning process

?  Prepare feasibility analysis

?  Secure set number of lots

?  Helps prepare offers to acquire potential land

 

To be seriously considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

?  4 year degree or applicable experience

?  5 years in land acquisition preferably some in multi family

?  Good bird-dogging and negotiating skills

?  Ability to read site plans and blueprints

?  Strong negotiating skills

?  Strong knowledge and contacts in Dallas market. 

 

This position offers a strong base salary with a very aggressive bonus earning potential.
