The Position:

Our Client is in search for an experienced Land Development Estimator to add to their team in Orlando.  This person will handle the day-to-day operations of multiple communities in Central Florida.  Some day travel is involved.

Candidate Qualifications:

 

Our Client is looking for an articulate professional who has excellent communication and leadership skills. The qualified candidate will have 5 or more years of residential estimating experience.  Having local municipality and subcontractor contacts is a plus.  Must have a solid work history.
