My client is a highly respected builder that has an immediate need for an experienced Land Development Manager due to growth. The ideal candidate will be local, have recent land development experience with a homebuilder or real estate development company, and be willing to take on multiple communities throughout the area. Some duties will include overseeing all of the off site superintendents, working with engineers and city officials to push all raw land to the final plat stage. An engineering degree would be a plus.

Candidates will have a strong job history in the homebuilding industry and excellent references.
