Lead Estimator/Estimator in Commercial Constructio
Job Title: Lead Estimator / Estimator
Location: Portland, OR
We are working with a leading General Contractor in the Portland market that is currently seeking an experienced Lead Estimator or Project Estimator with experience in commercial buildings such as retail, schools, offices, hospitals, high-end multi family, and other projects. The person needed for this position must have preconstruction and hard bid estimating skills. Conceptual estimating, value engineering and other services offered by the company need to be understood by this employee.
This company is experiencing significant growth and will need this person immediately to come in and hit the ground running with little or no training necessary. This position requires at least 5-10 years experience with a general contractor estimating commercial projects in the $10-50 million range. The correct person for this job is someone who can work as part of a team to complete the projects on time and under budget. Do not delay at this company is serious about hiring the right candidate immediately!
