Lead/Senior Superintendent for Mountain Work!

The Company:


One of our top clients, a leading design/build General Contractor is searching for a Sr. Superintendent to work on several mountain resort projects including lodges, multi-family, condos and small commercial projects.  They are looking for a true leader that is willing to take the project and run with it.  Must have experience working on projects up to $20M, mountain experience would be a plus. BEING LEED CERTIFIED WOULD BE A HUGE ADVANTAGE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!

Candidate Qualifications:


Experience Required: Must have previous documented work experience with a General Contractor working on start to finish projects in a Superintendent role.

Compensation:


 


Salary: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 Bonus/Benefits: Excellent Benefit Package, Performance Bonus
