Lead Superintendent for Wood-Frame Multifamily

Location:  Phoenix, AZ


A reputable owner/builder in Phoenix is looking for a Lead Project Superintendent with high-end wood frame experience.  This company specializes in luxury apartments and condominiums and all their work is located in Phoenix.


Applicants must have a proven project history and need to have been in the 1st Chair role on projects valued to $10M or larger.  Energetic individuals who are goal oriented and motivated to lead a team in a successful organization will best fit this role.

This position is urgent and needs to be filled immediately, but they are going to very selective on the caliber of people for this position.
