SENIOR MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER

 

TOTAL 1ST YEAR COMPENSATION PACKAGE OF $115,000 to $140,000

OUR CLIENT:

Our client needs your expertise; they are currently expanding and have a pipeline of projects in excess of $100 million.  Furthermore, they have already have begun bidding on new projects for 2008 and 2009.  They have been in existence since the 1970?s and currently generate revenues exceeding $170 Million annually.  Our client is one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Mid-Atlantic and the majority of their projects have come directly from client requests! 

 

ATTRIBUTES OF SUCCESSFUL PROJECT MANAGERS:
Maintain ongoing forecast for ?cost to complete? and expected gross profit.
Great project level oversight including strong customer relation skills.
Maintain positive relationships with the general contractor?s Project Manager.
Management of active work in progress of $15K ? $20M

 

EMPLOYMENT REWARDS:
Total 1st Year Compensation Package $115,000 to $140,000
Base plus Bonus Opportunity
Negotiable Base Salary
Base around $110,000 (Based Upon Experience)
