Our Client one of the largest commercial general contractors has confidentially retained our firm to identify an Exceptional MEP Manager.

 

The Company:

 

Substantial 40 year-old California General Contractor is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join their team. The GC specializes in Design Build work, focusing much of their efforts on Commercial Buildings, specifically in Office Buildings, Hotels/Resorts, Mixed-Use Retail, Multi-Family Residential, Healthcare Facilities, and Parking Structures. This company also comes with a stable history and has a backlog of business to support its future growth.

 

 

Candidate Qualifications:

 

Our Client is looking for an articulate professional who has excellent communication and presentation skills.  The qualified candidate should have 5 or more years experience and must have a stable work history preferably with no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years. The qualified candidate will have exceptional time management skills, basic computer skills, motivated, driven, high integrity, and high work ethic.  A mechanical or electrical related degree is preferred.

 

Compensation:

 

Our Client is offering and extremely competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus, car allowance/gas card, health, dental, vision, and 401K with a lucrative employer match.
