Maintenance and Engineering Opportunities

HVAC

Must have an excellent working knowledge of HVAC systems.  Must be able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.  Requires excellent communication skills.
 Requires math, reading, adaptability, logic, driving, and typing/word processing.
Requires ability to operate specialized equipment: i.e., power tools, portable meters, and emergency generators.

 

Requirements:

Universal CFC certification required.  3-5 years HVAC/R experience required with knowledge of D.D.C. controls and HVAC applications necessary. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of refrigeration systems needed.  Hospital experience a plus.

Stationary Engineer

Ability to operate and maintain stationary engines and mechanical equipment such as central plant refrigeration, steam boilers, air condition systems, equipment and allied facilities, chillers and hand tools.

 

Requirements:

CFC Certification and First Class Engineer's License Required.  Experience in Hospital Plant Operations preferred. Good Communication skills, working knowledge of HVAC Systems.
Vocational Technical Experience Required.
 

 

Painter

Maintains and preserves all interiors and exterior painted or similarly finished surfaces of buildings; prepares, maintains, and preserves painted surfaces of equipment, furnishings, machinery and buildings services systems, including parking lots and similar ground areas.
Must be able to install cove based/wallpaper. Assist other trades as necessary.

 

Requirements

Must have completed an apprentice training program in the application, maintenance and use of paint and painting materials.  5 years experience in construction, industrial or commercial painting, including building maintenance services. Requires math, reading, adaptability, logic, driving, and typing/word processing.  Requires ability to operate specialized equipment: i.e., air brush, spray guns.
