A great opportunity with MasterBrand Cabinets could exist for you as the Operations & Installations Manager at our Aristokraft distribution center in Charleston, SC.

 

Position Summary: 

The Operations & Installations Manager oversees and coordinates activities including production output, order requirements, delivery operations, business plans and field installations.  The manager participates in the overall strategic design and direction of warehousing operations, facilities, expansions and installations.  The manager also ensures the training of employees, setting of performance goals, organization of work, and maintenance of a productive and motivational climate.

 

Accountabilities: 

? Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations and good housekeeping practices

? Manage/supervise operations and installations team

? Communicate departmental and company goals to operations and installations team

? Oversee and participate in daily operations, leading problem solving sessions

? Establish operational procedures for activities such as, but not limited to, verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, keeping warehouse inventory current and product installations

? Monitor operational efficiency, utilizing available resources

? Manage daily human resources activities, including hiring, training and disciplining employees

? Oversee daily order entry and associated customer service functions

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience: 

? 5 years related employment experience; progressive supervisory experience a plus

? Ability to communicate with local and company wide operations team

? Ability to manage staff with varied responsibilities and duties in a fast paced environment

 

Education: 

Bachelor?s degree in related discipline and/or professional certification
