Manager of Leasing, Retail - Commercial Developer

We are looking for a Manager of Retail Leasing who would be responsible for the following:

? Direct the leasing efforts for all assigned projects including junior anchors, shops and outlots

? Coordinate the lease process for all tenants within the project

? Manage the income side of the development proforma to maximize the return for all assigned projects

 

You must meet the following minimum requirements:

? Minimum BS

? 3+ Years Experience in Retail Leasing

? Strong track record of negotiating and closing retail transactions

? High degree of professionalism/ability to interact with many groups to achieve results

? Excellent written and oral communication skills
